This current version is 2-6 players (although nothing is stopping you from getting in by yourself and messing around as a sort of '1 player' experience - though whilst there are plans to [eventually] create a single player version - and perhaps several single versions - it isn't something that's specifically supported right now).

It also is the first to feature full-colour designs for tactic & territory cards, and to include all 6 factions planned for the first 'complexity 1' release (said factions being Rust Banner, Thousand Spears, Iron Sun, Hike Kin, Dust Flag & Chrome Hand - the latter 2 being added with v0.40).
